| Instructor Recommendation Required. Class for Boys & Girls. Class consists of 1 hour of INTERMEDIATE Parkour & Freerunning. Requirements: kong and dash skills; rolls/safety rolls; jumps and sprints; handstands and cartweels. Will learn: flips ( forward/backwards); wall tricks (flips as well as spins); more intermediate vaulting tech.
