An introduction to the basics of flipping and doing tricks like you see in the movies! Great for freerunners, martial artists, trickers, stunt people, gymnasts. Primary focus strength, coordination, control, body/air awareness, falling properly. Secondary focus basic tumbling skills, wall skills, tricking skills (shoulder rolls, front/backhandsprings, front tucks, walls spins, b kicks). Areas used foam pit, rod floor, spring floor, mini tramp, tumble trak, trampoline. Class taught in main gymnastics gym.
