By Coach Recommendation or Evaluation Tumbling Intermediate (Novice). The Monarchs Tumbling Intermediate (Novice) class is an intermediate program offered to students by instructor recommendation only. This coed class works on tumbling skills which focus on handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers and handsprings. Classes will make use of floor, tumble track, and trampoline. Students will improve balance, coordination and flexibility. Certified instructors work alongside students following a curriculum which starts with a warm-up, works through stations and concludes with a conditioning sequence.
