Our mighty ninja class at Monarchs will take your mighty warrior through our ninja obstacle courses and relays, teaching foundational rolling, kicking, jumping, and tumbling while using necessary skills for all ninjas: gymnastics, martial arts and obstacle training. Led by a skilled ninja instructor, our curriculum-based class begins with a warm-up, teaches foundational gymnastics and tumbling, discipline, agility, strength and concludes with a conditioning game.
