50min / Athletics Shoes/Sneakers are required. Class for Boys & Girls NEW to Parkour. No Experience Required! Participants will learn the fundamentals: Jumping, Vaulting, Climbing and Landing. The class will work on drills to learn basic jump, blind jump, precision jump… as well as body balance. Some of the more common techniques: Wall Running and obstacle maneuvers will be completed with a somersault in addition to other tumbling skills.
