The Monarchs Tumbling Intermediate class is a program offered to students by instructor recommendation only. This coed class works on tumbling skills which focus on handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers and handsprings. Classes will make use of floor, tumble track, and trampoline. Students will improve balance, coordination and flexibility. Certified instructors work alongside students following a curriculum which starts with a warm-up, works through stations and concludes with a conditioning sequence.
